HELP possibly Bricked Nexus6

Lurker
*RESOLVED* Hello experts, I think I may have possibly bricked my phone. I was hoping someone could tell me if I'm completed screwed or, point me towards a possible solution. Here are some additional details:

Motorola Nexus 6
BL: moto-apq8084-72.01 (sha-0d03e73, 2016-10-24)
Baseband: D4.01-9625-05.42+fsg-9625-02.113
Console [NULL]: null
Device is UNLOCKED. Status Code 3
Transfer mode: USB Connected

Seems to be unable to complete a reboot, hangs on white Google name. I can seemingly communicate via fastboot, it does respond to fastboot devices command.

Some latest history that may shed some additional light:
A few days ago I thought I had successfully flashed Nougat 7.0, phone was working just fine for several days. This morning I went to power down and restart the phone, it never restarted. I can seemingly get into fastboot screen. I tried Recovery and I get the image of the green android with a red triangle and it says no command.

Is there any hope for recovering this phone?

Thanks so much!

Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit. Use the soft brick function. Should be fine.
