Help Purchasin Game?

I playd the Game Dev Story Lite version n really liked it, so the full game was only 2.53 so i bought it and now it says it cant be processed, that my payment is declined. I guess cause it is chargin 210 yen, instead 2.53 dollars, what do i do? Any help is much appreciated.

Well it says 2.53 then when I check out it says 210 yen, so I buy it, n in my accnt it says its declined n I need to update payment method, but evrythin on my side is correct
