help recovering info

i factory reset my phone without saving a number of a guy i've been texting from craigslist...is there a way to recover that number either on the phone or thorugh t-mobile?

nevermind. got the number. logged on to t-mobile website with my phone number and password. it showd all texts and calls with their #'s
