Open play store, open menu and scroll toward bottom. Open settings, scroll to bottom and tap Build version. It will let you know if you have the current version or it will ask to update.

ok, quick update, i can make it all work out but when i power off the tablet google services disappears, i even installed as a system app with link2sd..

any ideas?

I've used Titanium Backup to convert to system app before. I think it's a option in paid version. Never used Link2sd. Is it actually uninstalled or just missing from app list?

Uninstalling i guess since i dont see it in settings / apps, and install the apk again and the store works again
