Root help root help

used superone click on my samsung gem. i now have the super user app but the phone is not rooted no program can gain root access and do not know what to do have restarted phone multiple time to no sucess i am not that great with these things could really use some help

To date, the Samsung Gem has not been successfully rooted by the general public. There have been one or two people who have reported success but their results don't seem to be repeatable.. See http://androidforums.com/gem-all-things-root/436976-rooting-samsung-gem-sch-i100.html

thats where i figured out how to use superoneclick no luck on that
