Help help, sound stops

My Acclaim sound simply stops working after a day or three. The sound volume is fine and nothing makes sounds any longer. My wife and friend and his wife all have the Acclaim and none of them have this problem.

I suspect it is somehow related to the Calendar tool as it's the only thing I use that none of the rest do.

I am wondering if anyone else experiences all sound stopping after a time? The only fix is to reboot the phone which is annoying as I rely on the sound notification from the calendar. I don't realize sound has cut out until after I miss a notification.

i also experienced this i called tech support they wanted me to do a factory reset in the settings option.. only remember that you will loose most things so do back ups put ur contacts on your sd card if you can cuz there back up system sucks! and only the purchased apps will come back when you reload everthing
