Help Help! Stuck in a bootloop

i have an LG Spectrum and I have had it for a while now. I have CWM Recovery v6.0.1.1 and have had Cyanogenmod installed for a while. well i had to reflash cm 10.1.3 and now im stuck in a bootloop. Iv'e tried everything wiping delvik cache, format cache, format data, formats system, wipe data/factory reset. all to no avail. ive even wiped it all then installed cm again still a no go. please help:(

I don't see how you could still be stuck in a bootloop after doing a factory reset.

Sounds like it might be time for a cab flash.

I dont understand either, no matter what I've tried it gets stuck on the cyanogen boot screen. What is a cab flash? could you walk me through the process?
