help to unlock phone!!!

downloaded the finger print scan security wouldn't let me open my phone. after tryen 5 times I had a try again pop up. then it did it again. after the phone went black came up with a enter alternative password. I never made a password!!!! now I cant get back to finger print scan and I cant use my phone. how do I get it back on. I will NOT start phone to factory. I don't want to loos all my photos. tried to download pics to computer but computer said I need to unlock my phone first GRRRRR I pissed. HATE THE DAM APP!!!!! if should come with a way to go back to the dam app to try your finger print again!!!!!! help
 
Restart your phone, you will then see 'change password' on the bottom of the screen. Try to follow those steps
