Help trying to speed up my BOOST ZTE MAX

I'm looking for step by step instructions I've rooted my Boost ZTE MAX now I want to speed it up which rom do i use and how and same for kernel at cpu speed. I'm a newbie at this and so confused by what I've found online. I also want to upgrade the stock jellybean android to something newer and better. Please go easy on me and teach me how to do it. I'm not an idiot. I've read everything I could find online. Theres so many different opinions on how to do it & which programs/apps to use. Which works best on certain phones. There are also less information out there for the Boost ZTE Max most posts relate to the Boost ZTE Warp instead. As someone who had never rooted a phone before I was actually hoping to get advice & help to make sure I was doing it correctly & using best apps/programs for my phone. There was no need for you to be a smartass. Not everyone is a android expert & dumb me thought I'd actually find help here on the "Android forums"..that was only mistake I made. I can't stand ignorant rude know it alls who really know nothing. So go crawl back into your room that's probably in your parents house, and play your video games with your "friends" online or go beat off to porn. I may not know everything but pretty sure you're just a pathetic loser geek with a sh*tty attitude because you have no real friends & you can't get laid.
