Help Help two issues bugging me

First, when I delete text messages the messages are deleted but the contact stays in the list, so I have this long list of contacts with no messages. Is this a bug or is this how touchwiz works? Coming from HTC for many years, when a text was deleted it was deleted, contacts were not left in the messages list.

Second, when the phone switches between 3G or 4G while on a call the call drops. Is this normal, never experienced this with any of my HTCs.

On another note. I didn't think I would enjoy this phone as much as I am because my Rezound was the best phone ever. There are a few things to get used to with Touchwiz vs Sense but overall a great phone that I'm enjoying.

Is there anyway to group calls from the same caller instead of a list of detail calls?

1: try holding down on the contact thread that contains the messages to be deleted and "delet thread"

2: got no clue havent had a phone call yet other than my voicemail

3: by default all of mine seem to be grouped under the contact, example, all my voice mail calls are in one list with a (#) next to it, if I click it i get a contact with a list of times.
 
1. I've held down the contact thread, the messages delete however the contact name stays in the list with no messages.

3. None of my calls are grouped by caller in the recent tab.
