HELP! - Unable to recognise your face

Hi!
I don't really know what happend, but i was unlocking my screen (using fingerprint) as usual, and suddenly a purple border appeared around the screen and it started showing blue boxes around the items on the screen, and it makes weird sounds too.

It is the first time that it happens, bought this Note 5 a couple of months ago. HELP me out please!!!

Okay, Niena, first things first: If you are unlocking the phone with the fingerprint scanner, what does this have to do with face recognition?

Second... have you tried rebooting the phone?

Third... has it gotten wet or otherwise suffered moisture damage or a drop?

It sounds like you may have accidentally turned on the accessibility settings which are for people with vision or hearing imparities.
Go into settings and search for accessibility and see if you can toggle anything off that fixes the problem

It suddenly happens to me. Which i dont know why suddennly the universal switch is turn on but the solution is Go to setting >Accessibility > Dexterity ang interaction> Universal switch then turn off... or just go to settings then search universal switch

Well, the message 'unable to recognize your face' appeared as soon I tried to unlock the screen, so that's why I had put it in the title

It had not been dropped or got wet earlier, but it was indeed solved by rebooting the phone.

Yes, you're right. That was exactly the problem, but I still don't understand how it got activated actually
