downloaded app called scribble it, along time ago, but I have app system info and that keeps reading it but it doesn't take any CPU,
when I try and uninstall it, it says it carnt, but I uninstall it ages ago, but keeps reading it,
is there another way of getting it rid of it within factory reset, I have sensation
