For bootloader unlock first take full backup of your lenova. because bootloader unlocking delete all your data on lenova. in general when you try boot loader unlocking.
install usb driver for lenova on computer connect lenova to computer. then install adb and fastboot or sdk on your computer. Now start lenova in fast boot mode and then type this command "fastboot oem unlock".
