Help unlocking a Motorola Droid Pro Verizon

I have a motorola droid pro that was given to me it is on Verzion network I wonder how can I buy a code to unlock this phone and the price of the code?
 
i do not believe the phone can be unlocked, it has a encrypted bootloader which prevents tampering. And i believe the device is synonymous with verizons network.
