Root Help updating safestrap

Hello Android world, I have a new problem that I am seeking help with. I was attempting to upgrade my system from android v4.4.4 running Safestrap v3.65 to Android Lollipop Safestap 3.75. While attempting this I had started the process by uninstaling the old version of safestrap however I had forgotten to place a copy of the new safestrap apk on my phone and immediately after I completed the uninstall my phone restarted and now it only flashes the moto symbol and then goes to a blank black screen. Plus to boot since it will not turn on I can not enable the usb connection to access either the eternal or internal drives. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
