Root Help! Urgent!! :(

Okay, so I rooted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace) a while ago. It worked perfectly fine and I mean I did the reboot and when I opened the phone again, it was okay. Then I started transferring files from the phone memory to my sd card. *which is practically why I wanted to root*

Then when I accidentally deleted the Facebook App, I decided to download it again but when I did, it never got past to the INSTALLING part. Then I thought of restarting it, which I did. When I turned the phone on, however... all applications in the SD card are missing.

I checked my sd card storage and it still shows 5gb, then I looked at my vids, mp3s in their folders and they are still there... but when I looked at the Applications on SD Card, all I see are black boxes.

What do I do??? Is it because I rooted my phone??? Help please!!

I do know that some apps (I think the facebook app is one of them) are not removable, so deleting the facebook app might have been the cause of the problem. I don't know how to fix it, but I hope someone can help you.
