Help using 4G on prepaid phone

i have a samsung exhibit II and its a prepaid phone T-mobile and i like to use the 4G for using the prepaid money i have added for ebuddy or other chat services can anyone help me set it up or link i can do it
 
4g only works if you are in a 4g coverage area. Drive to the nearest city and I bet you 4g will start working automatically.
