I cracked my screen. Do I leave it be (since it's not a huge crack) or get a new screen, or get a new phone?

If the phone still works, it is just a matter of preference.
It is possible to replace the screen, either yourself (if you are handy) or have an authorized repair (contact your carrier or wherever you got the phone for that).
If the phone is older, it might be more cost effective to go ahead and replace it.
