apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place, I recently bought a kodi box however when it arrived it wouldn't turn on. No lights or anything, i was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this is happening? On the packaging it says it is an ott tv box 4xcpu 4xgpu running android kitkat. The actual box itself says sm box SM1 on it. TIA
