Help with bricked device

I don't know that device, but can you describe its status, and how it got there, in more detail? People use the word "bricked" to mean everything from a bootloop to completely inert, so without more description it doesn't tell us much.
(The original and IMO correct use of the term means "completely inert and will not respond at all". If that's the state then unless you have a jtag rig there's nothing you can do. But let's hope that's not the case

well, the issue that im having is that the phone doesnt show anything its just black (i thought that it was a failure with the screen, but i saw other old threads with people with the same black screen issue), so I plugged it to Windows and it detects the phone, but it was detected as QHSUSB_BULK, and what i found about that issue was that i needed to install Qualcomm drivers, after that the Windows detected the phone as (Qualcomm HS-USB QLoader 9008 (COM3)), so i tried a few ways to fix the possible brick, but no one worked for me.
So it's clearly powered up. The question is whether it's booting normally but not driving the screen, or something more serious, and indeed whether it might actually be a screen (or backlight) failure?
If you reboot it, does the screen come on at all? If it's just a problem with the ROM then I'd expect the splash screen on power up to come on, then it go black later. What if you try to boot into the bootloader or recovery mode (will be a matter of pressing some keys during the boot, precise procedure depends on the manufacturer)? These are entirely separate from the Android OS, so if the screen doesn't come on when you try that then it's either something very basic that's wrong with the firmware (in which case a reflash might work, again tools and procedures depend on manufacturer) or the screen is indeed broken.
As I don't know this device or manufacturer I can't offer much more. Apologies if any of that is repeating stuff you have already tried.

ok, so i tried entering to recovery and also at bootloader, but nothing happened, i ve tried as well by plugging the device and pressing the buttons but nothing happened, but again the pc detected it; So i googled a few posts and i found some people saying that they have experienced the same issue, so im thinking that maybe is something deeper than the os, is there a way to check if thats the issue?
If the screen doesn't light at all under any circumstances you have to consider the possibility of hardware damage as well.
I'm really not familiar with this device, and hoping someone who does know it will pop up. All I could suggest if the phone seems live but the display black is to attempt to reflash it, but I don't know how you do that for this one. We do have a reasonable number of Cat S60 owners at http://androidforums.com/devices/cat-s60.1270/, so maybe someone there would be able to advise.
But firmware doesn't normally break spontaneously, and you can't accidentally delete it, so the fact that others report something similar does not rule out a hardware failure (or even that they have one too). If it is software a reflash should fix it, but if not it won't.
