Help with choosing Android Phone

Hi,
Would like some help in buying an Android phone sub £250. Invested in a second hand Iphone 7plus not getting on with it. Does not work well with my Windows 10 pc.

My main requirements are a phone with a decent camera with image stabilization . Also a very clear screen would be helpful. Any idea which android phone I should go for considering my low budget.
