My Galaxy S5 (verizon) was stolen the other night, and the main problem I have is some of my contacts are missing. It had a PIN entry, so I doubt someone was able to get into my phone. Mostly contacts added in the last 5 months, I went on my Gmail account and don't see them there, nor on my activated backup phone.
I have not used cloud or any apps to backup/save my contacts, I thought they all just get uploaded to my Gmail account right away. I need to find these phone numbers, and I'm wondering what my options are.
2 people I talked to from Verizon said if I get access to my online account (it's a business account), I can view the usage of my phone (previous phone??) to see what numbers I've called/texted recently. Has anyone done this? Will I be able to see the numbers dialed/texted I'm looking for, even though they were on my stolen/deactivated phone and not on my backup phone? Will I also be able to see the contact names or some of the text conversations?
