Help With Google Music

I'm trying to find a place to get some answers about a small issue I'm having with Google Music and I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

For some reason, some of my artist images in My Library are blank, even though there's a matching artist when I search for one in All Access. I'm just trying to find a way to fix this.

I've tried finding a Google Help forum or email to contact for help with Google Music, but can't. The only support is for issues with ordering devices and for basic stuff. Any ideas?

In My Libary on my phone (all access account) the items with a grey+headphones image are the ones which are stored on my SD card (where there are no images). I guess if you have uploaded your own files to google play music, then those tracks may not have images either. Tracks provided by google always have images as far as I have seen.

Thanks for the reply. The odd thing is, all my music on my phone's library is fine; it's all on my SD card and displays the artist image. It's my web client that I'm having this issue with. Even though on my phone the artist image is there, it's not on the browser version.

I thought to ask here, since I can't find any other forum to ask in. Any thoughts on a better place to get this answered?
 
i use to have a issue with that as well. it is one of my pet peeves to not have pictures on an album or song. You just have to write all the information regarding to the artist, song, album etc on google play. then usually a picture will show unless you want to put a custom image for it. (if i remember). don't know if that will help
