Help with Google photo not freeing up space anymore

So my phone has 3,339 photos that all of a sudden won't back up to my Google photos I pay monthly to have space on google photo because I have like 55,000 on google photo. so I know I have plenty of space but it's not freeing up space! My phone is out of space n isnt letting me do shit! Please help

Let me get this straight, so you're having issues with Google's storage like (Google Drive) or are you having issues with your device local storage?
You kind of ran all of them together so I'm trying to pinpoint what exactly you're asking?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for additional Google photo storage via the Google Photos app.

Regarding payment alternatives on how toincrease Drive storage, I recommend reaching out to Google's one-to-one support team for personalized assistance.
