Its a brand new phone. it will download apps and mostly all will play but when trying to load candy crush it goes back to home screen whats the prob and how van i fix it

Unfortunately we do not have a forum for that device, however, it is probably very similar to the Note 2, which it looks like olbriar has given you a link to. It sounds like your device might be incompatible to play that game. However have you tried uninstalling and possibly sideloading the game via an apk found on the internet.
