I'm new to android boxes so please bare with me, I have an MXQ Pro nexbox and it recently had been acting up when I went to watch the next season of tv shows I had been watching nothing would show up and it'd just say no data but the current season I was on would show up and work fine it did this on multiple applications, so I looked up online and seen multiple sources saying an option to fix the problem was to do a factory reset so I did just that. Once I did the factory reset I went to start my box back up and now I'm stuck on a flashing grey screen that just says flasher in the top left corner I can get my android box to do anything and I've tried unplugging everything from it multiple times it's been 2 days now and if anyone has a solution to this problem it'd be greatly appreciated thanks

The so-called 'factory reset' has bricked your device.
There maybe a rescue plan but I doubt it'll work.
The 'factory reset' is the very last option anyone should use. I don't trust it.
What 'source' are (were) you using to watch shows? USB card, USB drive? Remote drive? Cloud NAS?
What programs are you suing? VLC, KODI?
I have an issue with my external USB drive. It's a 2TB drive and KODI times out before the drive has fully spun up and the needle starts accessing information. It works eventually but I have to do a lot of button pressing!
Also, if you are trying to access recently added files it's best to exit KODI and reboot the device, especially of you are accessing remote files from FLEX or SERVIIO, etc.
