Thanks for joining the forums. Usually, this is a result of a corrupt or incompatible installed application on the device. If you can remember which application you last installed prior to this happening, then it would be best to uninstall that app.
You can also check over at your device's area of support - interacting with the other users of this device is one way of finding out another possible solution to this problem.
