help with my samsung A3

hi my daughter just got a good condition Samsung A£, but shes only had it 1.5 months and when she videos things when she does the play back there is a thin black line through the video, when she records it there is the perfect picture with no line.
there are no cracks on the screen or anything.

can anyone help please

hi guys im sorry, I was told wrong, while watching the video the screen went black with a thin white line through it, she turned it off but it came back on the same black screen with line, has the screen gone or the internal workings.
