Help with new phone

I'm going to swap from galaxy a70 cause it has software problems samsung won't fix it i want to go to oppo I was thinking of oppo reno z or what oppo phone I get to play games

What are the software problems? Best to know whether these are faults with a specific phone or android features that you don't like, because if the latter it will be a waste of time changing the phone.
