Help Help with off peak/peak emails

So i want my device to always push emails when they arrive and never have a peak time where it don't push emails etc on my s3 device verizon how do i set it up to do so?

Set both Peak and Off-Peak to Push, even though your phone thinks it has a peak period, it really doesn't because the value is the same...
