help with online order

I ordered the LG Optimus L70 online today standard 2 day shipping, I received the email confirmation with an order #. It says if ordered after 3 pm it would be shipped the next business day. I ordered around 1 pm pacific time (not sure if it matters). When I use the track my order on metros website it does not show a tracking number for FedEx or a estimated delivery time. Im wondering if they haven't processed my order maybe?

If anyone has ordered online, can you explain the process. I want to make sure myself or someone is at home when FedEx comes, since it needs a signature.

It takes awhile to ship is all give it a full day

From the MetroPCS site: Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST (Easter Standard Time) on a business day will normally ship the same day. After 3 p.m. EST, orders will ship the next business day.

1pm Pacific time is 4pm Eastern so you just missed same day shipping. Assuming you ordered it yesterday the phone should be processed and shipped out today.

Note also that "shipped" does not always mean what we think it should.
Wit Woot for example the time between an email saying it was "shipped" and the time it actually hit the shipper can be several days.
