Help help with outbox

I have an email stuck in outbox...cannot seem to delete
I did search forums and saw something about clearing data....what or how do I do this....thx

Go to your apps, long press on the email widget, drag it to the top and release where it says more options, click on app info, and clear cache and data will be in there
