Help with phone and Google

When I bought the phone from Walmart and got it activated and put Google account on it trying to remember information

Hi. So do you mean Walmart set up the phone for you and you can't remember the details they put in?

No I bought it brought it home and activate at home but when I did that I used Google account for a email and on my ZTE phone it's Google account it want me to sign in but don't have information I forget it or someone got into my account and change it
