Help with phone service and potential customer service issues

dear sprint
i’ve had a trememendous experience beeing a customer of sprint for a while now. However, the last few times i have gone to the store for phone check up and such, i have been made to feel that it is all my fault that my phone’s problems are my wrongdoings.

a while ago, i was offered a “free” airwave to help my phone reception indoors.

Hope your not posting this in an attempt to get Sprint to respond, or are you posting to let us know what you told the ??

Have you tried to call Sprint Retention center, and explain the whole situation to them, they are the ones you want to talk to, not customer service, here is the number, keep us posted, if you decide to call the regular Sprint number, then ask for Account Services, either or, here is retentions number, 888-273-9460

Thanks for responding.
I just posting to vent. To let others know what I am going thru and for some guidance like what you just posted. I am not holding my breath either with the retention center, but they might help like you say.

Well, since this is a Sprint forum, I thought that perhaps there might be someone with clout that would vouch for me... But... I understand I am dealing with a corporation..........................

I appreciate the feedback.:)

Yes I got it and feel your pain, I have always had good dealings with Sprint even when there has been issues I have always been able to resolve my issue in a quick and efficient way, with a little work of course, hope the number I posted helps, I would also suggest you post, as Marc mentioned, in the Sprint forum to see if you get a response there also, and also email Dan Hesse as he mentioned, that usually 9 out of 10 times will merit a call from someone calling you back. Keep us posted, Cheers

Hi dragon.

My question if you don't mind answering--why were you trying to pair the Airave to your computer?

Also, I'm a little lost--you said the 1st one was defective & you returned it & Sprint sent a 2nd unit to your daughters house but this sentence threw me off "
