Help with portable charger

i have a portable charger but the problem is that it doesn't have an off button. Is it safe for me to just plug out my phone after I'm done charging ? Thx

Yes. There is no chance of damaging your charger, amd there is no data moving between phone and charger, so simply unplugging when you are done charging is perfectly fine.

It's fine, and actually most portable chargers shut off automatically when it's complete charging.

there are some portable chargers that you don't have to power on in order to charge your devices, they will detect a device that is connected to it and starts charging and after the cable is removed it will be automatically shut off in a few seconds, so no problem with that...
