Help with resolution of android box

I have installed HBO GO on my android box with android version 5.1.1.
During the installation i received this message: this app may not be optimized for your device. Anyway i continued with installation and after i finished i started the app.
But I'm stuck in the menu for choosing the operator because i can't see choosing mark and therefore i can't go further.

Can you please help me.

From your pic, that does look like it's a compatibility(optimization) problem with this particular device. Probably only either HBO(or their developer) or the manufacturer of the box could possibly provide help or a fix.

HBO Go, as opposed to HBO, HBO Now, etc., is a U.S. only service. Are you attempting to access it through a VPN?

I don't have a problem with hbo...everything is legal...i can watch on my notebook , but i want on my tv through android box

Unless you can navigate within that box onscreen, you are out of luck using that app.

I suspect HBO Go has a list of approved/known devices that they test their service with, and with some no-name Android box from China, it's basically good luck you're on your own.

I don't have a problem with hbo...everything is legal...i can watch on my notebook , but i want on my tv through android box

Are you using HBO International, or are you using a VPN to watch the US version?

FWIW I knew someone who was watching HBO in China, but then he had a US billing address and was using a VPN.

I am using HBO international... I think that problem is with the version of android , because on the notebook i can login without any problem.
