I was messing around with my phone and rooted it. Then I deleted the google keyboard and factory reset my phone. Now I can't go through the activation screen to use my phone because I can't type anything. PLEASE HELP!!

Try a Bluetooth keyboard, or if the phone has USB OTG, plug a PC keyboard in. That should allow you to deal with the activation details.

And just so you understand what happened: all that a factory reset does is delete user-installed apps & data - it will not undo any changes to system software, including not restoring anything you deleted.
