I really wish that one of you good people out there in Android land could please help me with my
Samsung sm-J327vpp. Frankly speaking I'm quite perplexed as to how I would go
about putting the ROOT on the aforementioned telecommunication

Can you unlock the bootloader?

Enable developer options and see if OEM unlock in enabled.
