Help with SD card

Newbie here with new Samsung Galaxy J7.....trying to load a SD card --in order do that the phone manual says to use the "key" to slide out the tray for the micro SD card........I don't know of any key, what are they talking about? Help please!

should of of been a metal thing that came with the phone. you can also use a paper clip.

It should be with your user manual, or packaging of your phone.
It should be a slim metal object.

With your J7 apparently you just need to remove the back cover and there's a slot for your SIM card and a slot for your microSD card. See pgs. 5 and 6 here:
