Help with Skype/Phone settings

I have Skype installed on my Galaxy Prevail. Until recently, every time I made a phone call (from the phone, not the Skype app)I would get a pop-up option asking me whether I wanted to use Dialer or Skype.

Now, I don't get that option anymore. I don't know what setting changed. Can anyone help? That option was helpful when I was in the basement, out of phone range.

If anyone cares, or has this problem in the future, i solved it. I cleared the default from the dialer app setting, and now i get my option popup again
