Apps Help with system design

Hi everybody. I am a student and a completely new person that I want to put my sound processing algorithm into practice. I envision my application like this:
+ Turn on my apps.
+ Go to youtube
+ the application takes the audio data from youtube and processes it directly to the speaker.
If people don't understand what I mean then there is a similar System on windows described here. I would be very grateful if anyone could show me what to do. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year. Thank for all.

It seems that this app just helps to experience videos from youtube better. I mean a separate app that takes and processes the audio coming out of the phone's speaker (eg while watching youtube). Thank you for the help
