HELP! ZTE Zmax Pro Reboot Loop

Okay, last night I woke up surprisingly to see my phone on a reboot loop, I don't know how it happened at all. I went on YouTube including looking at other forums but nothing is related to my issue. All the phone does is:
1) Start up and goes to the ZTE Screen
2) Goes to the Metro screen then turns off and repeats all the steps
I tried going on recovery mode but then it wont let me select anything and does the loop again after 4 seconds in recovery mode. I could only go on FTM without a problem, but if anyone knows what to do please write a thread below. It is very frustrating and is making me go insane

Your phone requires to be serviced or replaced by zte.

The phones flash disk has corrupted and we do not have access to update the partitions to fix it thru ftm.

And that's the disadvantage of non removable battery. Typically it can be resolved by just removing battery and maybe let it rest a day. Try putting it in the fridge. I think it just over heated or something. Is it hot?
