How do I get rid of these black boxes around the icons in my settings? Please and thank you

Have you messed around in Developer Options at all? Or have you changed any Accessibility Settings?

I don't see this on my phone. I wonder if it's a theme?

I fixed it by reseting my settings to default I'm what happened but there are gone now thank you
