Need help on Galaxy Samsung 5 on keeps telling me not enough storage I have gone to the settings clear cache deleted stuff need to know where to go for more storage

If you go into your phone's Settings >> Storage menu, what items are listed as using a lot of storage space?
Also, do you have a microSD card added to your phone? What capacity size is it, and what does it show in Settings >> Storage?

Be sure to delete old texts and emails.
Use a MSD to store your photos and documents.
In addition to uninstalling unused apps, uninstall or disable apps that duplicate sites that can be accessed on a browser. You can "Facebook" on the browser and save a lot of space.

Thing is the Galaxy On5 only has 8GB total internal storage, which can be woefully inadequate these days for typical smart-phone usage. If you're using bloated storage hogging apps like Facebook, suggest you uninstall them.

FWIW the phone I bought last month has 128GB total internal storage, but then I'm a bit of a power user. :thumbsupdroid:
