Tinno U304AA (Cricket) I've been hacked and screen lock pattern changed when I try and reboot I'm supposed to hit lower volume button for ok but when I do it goes back to startup screen is there anything I can do?

Pressing volume keys for confirmation sounds like you've booted into recovery. If your pin pattern was changed then you should still be able to log in with your password. If you're account was hacked and the password changed, you first need to secure your account before resetting your phone. You will have to use the Google Account Recovery process to do that. Just make sure you do NOT use your phone as verification if you can't access it.

Try restarting your phone by just using the Power button and see if that works out better.
Using the Volume buttons in conjunction with the Power button are only needed to boot up into specific maintenance modes.
