Help!!

Please help! I just got my new x today I used it for like 2 hours before it died and now I've been charging it for about 2 hours now and it's still at 0%. it says it's charging but it won't turn on at all. Vz customer service says this Is normal and sometimes it takes Like3 hours to charge but idk please help thank u

u know you are supposed to charge it fully before using it? try pulling the battery out if it still isn't showing any charge, it doesn't cost that much to get a new battery if you did screw it up

If you just got it today, and it wont charge, then it's defective. Get a replacement.

Agreed, take it back. My wife has killed hers numerous times and it'll power back up in a few minutes on the charger.
