Help!!

Hi, I have a Samsung Moment M900 phone and will be changing phones in 2 weeks to a Samsung Transform Ultra. I want to copy all of my ringtones to the SD card and Astro was suggested. Well, I downloaded it and even after reading the instructions, I have no idea how to get this done quickly. Can someone please walk me through this. I don't want to have to lose over 100 ringtones when I switch phones. Thanks!
