I recently updated my Razr and now my front clock display when my phone is locked is in military time. How do I fix that?

Go to Settings/Date & Time and uncheck "Use 24-hour format"

Menu> System Settings> Date & Time> Uncheck "Use 24-hour format"

I did that already and it isn't checked, but still displays 24 hr format.

Is it a third party widget or the clock in the task bar?

If a third party widget clock, check the settings in that.
