How do i root my sd card to my zte-z990g android so i can sync my music from my computer
 
Google play Music can play the music you have on your comp right onto your phone. You will have to download the Google music manager for your PC, let it upload all of your music to the servers. While thats doing that just install Google play music on your phone. Sign in under your google account you used for your PC and you will have access to all the music on your phone from your PC.

If I understand your question correctly, you don't need root. Just install your phone manufasturer's USB drivers onto your computer and then plug it in. If your pc music library is in Windows media player, simply click the Sync button in the upper-right and then drag&drop some or all of your song library into the sync window. Click Start sync when ready, and it will all transfer automatically without further action on your part.
