HELP

I got a new prepaid phone two weeks ago; its a net10 UNIMAX MAXBravo android phone. It has not been activated yet but its others features still work and it was working fine untill some tech problems so i decided to turn it off, after that i turned it on and its stuck on this loading blue screen saying "a service of TracFone Wireless, Inc." and stays stuck on it. Ive wait untill the battery died and it still dose not work plz help.
 
Return to the point of purchase or contact NET 10/phone manufacturer.
I'm sure the phone is still under warranty, get a replacement.
